This tool allows to replace characters in text with other characters, and to write your own rules to do so.
This can be used to fix broken encodings saved as UTF-8, simple ciphers, or anything else with distinct A-B replacements.

Convert file(s) Accepts multiple files. Accepts ZIP archives.
Files with bytes 00 .. 07 or 1A within first 32 bytes of file are left untouched.
